At Lotus Golden Bay Bichons, every breeding decision is made following comprehensive OFA health testing, lineage analysis, and careful study of physical and behavioral traits. We are proud participants in the AKC Bred with H.E.A.R.T. program. We are a dedicated Breeder of AKC Merit Bronze. Lily Lee is a member of the Bichon Frise Club of America and the Bichon Frise Club of Puget Sound, while Manuel actively collaborates as a member of the Bichon Frise Club of San Diego and the Bichon Frise Club of Northern California.

We believe a healthy Bichon is the result of carefully selected genetics and enriched nutrition passed down through generations. Our puppies are raised in non-chemical home environments, using natural methods, Early Neurological Stimulation, and early socialization to support their physical, mental and emotional development. We prioritize placing puppies with families who understand and appreciate the breed—whether as loving companions or for future success in conformation, agility, obedience, or therapy work. Retired show dogs are occasionally placed in ideal pet homes at no purchasing cost, in gratitude for their contribution to our program.
