  • Yes, we do guarantee the puppy’s health.

    How?

    1. We are proud to participate in the AKC Bred With H.E.A.R.T program which recognizes breeders that have made a commitment to breeding better dogs through education and health testing. We publish the OFA test results of our breeding dogs at www.offa.org (Orthopedic Foundation For Animals).

    2. We provide with you the vet exam report to show they are healthy at that point, the vet checks the cardiac, bone structure, lymph, eyes and ears for general screen.

    3. As the puppies are too young to conduct other tests, at the time when you spaying a female puppy and neutering a male puppy, your vet gives a full screen blood test, you need to provide with us a copy of the test report which clearly shows if there are or not genetic issues. That is our guarantee point that our puppies are healthy without genetic issues.

    4. We will raise the puppy with you. Local families get two months free grooming, so we can help monitor the puppy general growth. We also work with the families out of the area by sharing our bichon health knowledge, nutrition, experience and lessons as well.

    5. We provide detailed care instructions. We do not guarantee on tear stains and loose patellar. Tear stains happens when puppies are teething which is normal. Puppies don’t have many different types of enzymes like human, tear stains could be caused by dirty guts and eye infection. We guarantee that the parents of the puppies have no eye and loose patella issue by providing with you a copy of OFA exam report. It is your responsibility to provide with your puppies necessary nutrition for hips and joint and to prevent any injury from jumping up and down, or over exercise.

  • No, we never ship a puppy. You have to come and pick up your puppy either from our home, or at the airport.
