With Breeders: Puppy Socialization Starts with the breeder. New born puppies sleep most of the time if they are not nursing with the mom. Their eyes open at about two weeks., but they can feel and smell, we give them love by caressing and gently stroking everyday so they can socialize with human at a very early stage. During the time when they are with us, we invited kids and friends to socialize with the puppies and puppies respond very well and very early.

With their new families: Puppy Socialization continues after they go home. Socialized puppies have no fear to meet strangers. or other breeds of puppies or dogs. The best age to start attending puppy social classes is about 12 weeks old. We have a video showing 12 weeks old puppy had no fear socializing with other breed puppies of the same age and meeting people, while a 6 months old puppy was hiding from the crowd with fear. It took two months of the classes for the 6 months old puppy to get rid of the fear.

Other than the proper selection of puppy brain nutrition like EPA/DHA, Vitamin B and etc., safe and fun toys are also important. We caught a puppy couldn’t get his head out of the toy, we also caught fun and educational toys gave puppies so much joy and promoted “TEAMWORK:.
